Sessions at my Studio

For those ready to release, reconnect and regulate.

Sessions are uniquely tailored to you. Rooted in nervous system regulation, this work supports your body in settling, reconnecting and coming home to yourself.

As we work, stagnant energy will begin to move again and revitalize, branching out to where the body most needs additional resources for healing and balance.

We begin with a check-in. Then you’ll be invited to get cozy on the massage table. Sessions include energy healing, access bars, acupressure or a combination of the above. Intuitive insights are a big part of my work and are shared at the end of the session.

Good for anyone who is…

  • Craving deep rest and regulation.
  • Feeling “out of alignment” and looking for clarity.
  • Healing from burnout, illness, grief, or a big life transition.
  • Feeling stagnant in talk therapy and want something to deepen the process.
  • In a period of transition and want support that meets you where you’re at.

Please Remember: energy work is extremely powerful and enhances the work you are doing with traditional doctors. None of the work I offer is ever intended to replace a doctor, therapist or any other kind of medical practitioner.

FAQ

I’ve never had energy work done, is this for me?

I have clients who are adults, children, (former) energy medicine novices and experienced healers. You do not have to understand energy work to receive it. But you do have to be open to it.

Is one session enough?

One session could be exactly what you need to feel good and gain clarity! This work builds on itself and, for those with specific goals, consistency is key. I never promise a specific outcome, but when your body unwinds many things become available that weren’t before.

Is energy work ever contraindicated?

Energy work is never contraindicated. It is powerful and extremely supportive. If you struggle with severe PTSD or other mental health hurdles that substantially impact you, I always ask that you have a therapist before beginning any kind of long-term work with me. This is because a lot of the emotions and experiences that were too big to process when they happened were stored in the body until they could be safely held – and once they are, they’re ready to be looked at and released. This often gives people a much greater capacity to experience joy, happiness, ease and creativity.

What do sessions include?

In-person sessions begin with a short check-in to understand what you’d like support with. You’ll then be invited to get cozy on the massage table (fully clothed). We discuss ahead of time what I intuitively feel that you’re needing most. We will do Access Bars®, acupressure, energy work or any combination of the 3 – guided by what your body is most needing that day.

Do you work with kids and teens?

Yes—much of my work is rooted in nervous system regulation. Supporting a developing nervous system is a game-changer for how kids and teens will handle dysregulating events now and (when done with consistency) in the future. My goal with kids and teens is to help the body create a foundation for resilience that will follow them into adulthood. As with medical providers, parents must remain in the room for the duration of the appointment.

I’m low-income and would love to work with you. Is this possible?

For those living in Dunsmuir, Mount Shasta, McCloud and the surrounding areas every 2nd Sunday, I open 4 sessions for $75 each. Sessions include Access Bars® and Acupressure, focus on nervous system regulation and are 60 minutes. Sessions can be booked here.
