Remote Healing Sessions
An Overview
Remote healing sessions offer the same depth of support as in-person work, without requiring you to be physically present. Energy and nervous system regulation are not limited by location. These sessions are well suited for highly sensitive clients, those living outside the local area, or anyone who prefers to receive support from the comfort of their own space.
Each session begins with a check-in by phone or video to understand what you’re currently working through. From there, you’re invited to get cozy while I work on your energy systems. Sessions move at your body’s pace, gently supporting release and reconnection. Intuitive insights are a big part of my work and will be shared at the end.

How does distance energy healing work?
Energy and nervous system regulation are not limited by location. During a remote session, I work with your energy field and nervous system while you are in a safe, comfortable space. Many clients notice deep relaxation, release, and increased clarity.
Do I need prior experience with energy work?
No. Distance sessions are accessible to both beginners and experienced clients.
Will I feel anything during the session?
Experiences vary. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or shifts in body tension. Others notice subtle mental clarity or calm. There is no “right” way to experience a session. Your system receives what it is ready for.
Do I need video or just audio?
We can use phone or video. I will check in with you prior to the session.
What should I do to prepare?
Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can relax. Have pillows, blankets, or anything that makes you cozy. You may wish to journal afterward to capture insights, and allow a few minutes after the session to integrate.
How often should I schedule sessions?
This is totally up to you. If there are specific things you’re hoping to work through, I’m happy to make suggestions. Some book weekly or biweekly during periods of high stress, while others schedule monthly for maintenance and regulation. Your body is the guide on this.
Will remote work be as effective as in-person sessions?
Absolutely. I have many clients who end up preferring distance work. Many clients report similar or even greater integration when receiving support from their own space. Distance energy work has been a focus of my practice since I first learned Reiki, and it remains a focus with clients today.
Can I multitask during a session?
For best results, it’s recommended to be fully present and resting. Multi-tasking can reduce the depth of nervous system support.
